Fleet Feet is recruiting for the Operating Partner Development Program, a nine‑month training path to develop future leaders for company stores. You will rotate through operations, management, and marketing, gaining hands‑on experience and mentorship as you prepare to relocate to a future market.
Selected candidates begin in Fall 2026, with relocation support and a strong benefits package. After program completion you advance to an Operating Partner role in our store network.
