Fencing Welder Structural

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Structural Welder to join our dynamic construction and manufacturing team. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications to determine the appropriate welding techniques and materials.
• Perform welding operations on structural steel components, including beams, columns, and frameworks, using various welding methods such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Ensure all welds meet quality standards and adhere to safety regulations and industry codes.
• Inspect completed welds for defects and perform necessary repairs or rework.
• Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools properly, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Document work progress and maintain accurate records of welding activities.

• Proven experience as a Structural Welder in construction, fabrication, or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technica l drawings, and welding symbols.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, safety procedures, and industry standards.
• Ability to operate welding equipment and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various environmental conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
• Certification in welding (such as AWS or equivalent) is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship is a plus.
