Are you an experienced conservatory installer, window fitter or joiner looking for long-term security, guaranteed work and excellent earning potential fitting and repairing conservatories?

We're recruiting for a well-established, nationwide window & door repair and replacement business that has proudly serviced Blue Chip insurance companies since 1986.

Due to continued growth and expansion in Kent, we are looking for skilled UPVC Conservatory Installers based in the area to join their team.

This is a permanent PAYE role, not subcontracting, not short-term, and not seasonal.

As a Conservatory Installer / Window Fitter, you will:

• Remove and replace conservatory roofs using hand and power tools
• Fit windows, doors, and associated UPVC products
• Take accurate site measurements and carry out bespoke adjustments
• Complete repair and replacement works to insurance standards
• Clear site and maintain professional presentation
• Support and mentor assistant fitters
• Work independently while maintaining high safety standards

You will likely:

• Have proven experience installing conservatories, windows, and doors
• Be confident replacing conservatory roofs
• Ideally hold NVQ Level 2 in Fenestration
• Be able to work independently and problem-solve on site
• Be health & safety conscious
• Hold a full UK driving licence
