Customer Service​/Information Services Support Representative

Core-Mark is seeking a Customer Service/Information Services Support Representative to support our wholesale distribution operations. In this role, you will respond to retailer and vendor inquiries via phone and email, resolve order, billing, and delivery issues, and provide basic technical support for ordering and information systems. You will enter and update customer data, track service requests, and escalate complex issues as needed.

Working closely with sales, operations, and IT, you will ensure accurate, timely information and a positive customer experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to retailer and vendor inquiries via phone and email
• Resolve order, billing, delivery, and account issues promptly
• Provide basic technical support for ordering and information systems
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer and order data
• Log, track, and follow up on service tickets and issues
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and IT to resolve problems
• Educate customers on systems, processes, and service options
• Meet or exceed service level, accuracy, and quality metrics
• Document procedures and contribute to process improvements
