Job SummaryAdjunct History Instructor for Fall Semester 2026 to teach face‑to‑face courses at DMACC’s Carroll Campus.
- HIS 110: Monday/Wednesday 11:15am – 12:10pm
- HIS 151: Monday 4:00pm – 5:30pm
- Teach assigned courses in accordance with course competencies and syllabi.
- Develop and/or utilize a variety of instructional strategies, techniques, and delivery methods designed to meet the individual learning styles of students.
- Foster a safe and civil learning environment.
- Inform students about course requirements, evaluation procedures, and attendance policies.
- Monitor, evaluate, and document student attendance, progress, and competency attainment.
- Master of History or any master’s degree with 12 graduate semester credits in History.
- Demonstrated effectiveness working with diverse populations.
- Teaching experience.
- HIS 110: Monday/Wednesday 11:15am – 12:10pm
- HIS 151: Monday 4:00pm – 5:30pm
