Loan Servicing Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily loan servicing operations for consumer, mortgage, and commercial loans
• Ensure accurate payment processing, escrow management, and account maintenance
• Monitor loan portfolios for delinquencies, risk indicators, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and service quality
• Lead, coach, and schedule servicing staff to meet performance standards
• Partner with lenders and branch teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintain documentation and reporting to meet internal and regulatory requirements
• Support audits, exams, and internal reviews of servicing activities
• Identify process improvements and technology enhancements to support growth
