Gentiva is seeking a dependable Hospice Aide to provide compassionate personal care and emotional support to patients in home, facility, or inpatient units. You will assist with activities of daily living and monitor patient well‑being as part of an interdisciplinary team.
The role requires an active CNA license in the state, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and at least 6 months of direct patient care experience.
