We’re looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our agricultural dealership in Carroll, Iowa
.

What You’ll Do- Lead and develop inside and outside sales teams across multiple counties
- Oversee all store operations
, including parts, service, and administration - Own full P&L performance and financial results
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong margins
- Build a positive, performance-driven culture focused on accountability
- Spend approximately 60% of time in the field and 40% leading in-store operations
- Strengthen customer relationships and grow market share
- Manage inventory to maximize return on investment
Balance priorities while keeping operations running efficiently
- Typical hours:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM;
Saturday 7:30 AM – Noon - Seasonal flexibility required
- Combination of field, office, and dealership environments
, including outdoor conditions
- 5+ years of leadership or sales success in an ag dealership environment
- Minimum 3 years of P&L management experience
- Proven track record of leading teams and increasing market share
- Strong business acumen and focus on profitability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead effectively
- Proven ability to build a positive, team-oriented culture
- 4-year degree in business, agriculture, or construction
OR - 5+ years of comparable industry experience
- Occasional overnight travel required
