Possesses expert-level knowledge of machine operations, production cells, and manufacturing processes. Demonstrates high efficiency in executing complex machine setups and operations with precision. Proven ability to troubleshoot machine and program issues, while also mentoring and training new employees on equipment and procedures. Fully fluent in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and blueprint reading. Cross-trained on two or more machines and departments, with additional cross-training highly valued.
Actively supports and troubleshoots on-machine programming to ensure uninterrupted production. Completion of Career Essentials training strongly preferred.
External candidates will receive a $1,000 sign on bonus.
What You Will Do- Crossed-trained on multiple machines/ departments preferred.
- Expert level knowledge of multiple machines, products, and processes.
- Highly efficient with complex machine processes and set-ups.
- Demonstrated ability to train new employees on multiple pieces of equipment/process preferred.
- Fluent in GD&T print reading.
- Able to troubleshoot machine/program issues, helps others with set-ups, etc.
- Supports/troubleshoots programming on the machine. Completion of Career Supports/troubleshoots programming on machines.
- Contributes to the development of concepts and techniques.
- Completes complex tasks in creative and effective ways.
- Relies on advanced experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and solve problems. Solves complex problems.
- Delegates tasks to other team members and reviews the work product of others.
- Typically requires HS diploma or GED or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
