Serve as primary training coordinator for main discipline in all areas of the plant including support of aftermarket business as required by the business;
Perform calibration, welding, machining, and/or furnace operations on highly complex parts/programs;
Monitor daily production and minimize errors in the process, empowered to help troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to operators;
Conduct employee training on equipment operations, work, safety, procedures, paperwork, Quality Management System, etc.;
Support and drive continuous improvement deployment using the fundamentals of lean, lean daily management, six sigma, and employee involvement
