• Primary focus is machining 2‑inch‑high precision aerospace fuel nozzles.
• Operate equipment.
• Monitor performance.
• Make real‑time adjustments.
• Ensure parts meet tolerances per specifications.
• Support routine maintenance.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; machinist vocational training or certification a plus.
• 2‑5 years CNC machinist experience running Mori‑Seiki lathes, Fanuc controls, G‑code.
• Blueprint reading.
• Shop math.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Basic CAD/CAM knowledge preferred.
• Detail oriented.
• Experience using measuring tools and other gauges (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
• US Citizen.

$28.00 to $30.00 per hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

• This role is considered an on‑site position located in Carroll, Iowa.
• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include extensive walking and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• FT 40 hours per week with OT available.

• 1st shift: 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• 2nd shift: 2 p.m. – 10 p.m.
• 3rd shift: 10 p.m. – 6 a.m.
• Saturdays:
  As requested between 6 a.m. and 12 p.m.

Zero travel required.
