Production worker

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Production worker to join their team. As a Production worker, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the machining and production processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate and set up CNC and manual machining equipment with proficiency and minimal oversight

+ Troubleshoot machining issues and utilize available resources to resolve problems efficiently

+ Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machining activities, reduce costs, and improve quality

+ Assist engineers, planners, and team coordinators in achieving machining and production goals

+ Train and mentor team members on programs within the discipline as needed

** What's Needed?*
* + Basic understanding of machining processes and equipment

+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes

+ Minimum of 0 years of experience; training and certifications in related disciplines are a plus
