Production worker

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production worker to join their team. As a Production worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range: $21.00 hour 2nd shift 2pm-10pm*
* ** Pay Range: $21.50 3rd shift 10pm-6am*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Learn how to set up and operate machinery according to standard work

+ Learn how to make machine adjustments

+ Math skills needed

+ Read and interpret blueprints and specifications

+ Understand and follow quality testing techniques

+ Inspect products using precision gauges, measuring instruments, and equipment

** What's Needed?*
* + No prior experience required; training provided

+ Ability to follow instructions and standard work procedures

+ Basic understanding of manufacturing processes

+ Willingness to support safety and quality standards

+ Ability to work extended shifts/overtime as required
