Production worker

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production worker to join their team. As a Production worker, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Learn to set up and operate test stands to check nozzles, spray bars, and valves for spray quality, angle, and flow according to specifications

+ Operate laser markers and printers following established procedures and specifications

+ Record spray parameters by serial number and certify product conformance through testing

+ Assist in disassembling, repairing, and assembling products as needed

+ Complete production documentation accurately and support continuous improvement initiatives

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED

+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard work procedures

+ Willingness to work extended shifts and overtime as required

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills
