We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our Kuemper Cares initiatives, oversee program development, and foster community engagement. • Develop, implement, and oversee community outreach programs aligned with Kuemper Cares’ mission and strategic goals.
• Lead a team of program managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funding agencies.
• Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, grants, and resources efficiently to maximize program impact.
• Advocate for community needs and represent Kuemper Cares at public events, meetings, and conferences.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration, nonprofit management, or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in program management, community outreach, or nonprofit leadership.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking abilities.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
• Budget management and grant writing experience.
• Knowledge of community resources, social services, and nonprofit sector best practices.
• Passion for community service and making a positive impact.
