Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) located in Carroll, IA. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing daily personal care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and hygiene, and ensuring residents' comfort and well-being. You will also monitor residents’ health, report any changes to the nursing staff, and assist with mobility and transportation within the facility.

CNAs play a vital role in creating a comfortable and supportive environment for residents.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in providing personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding
  • Knowledge of basic health monitoring tasks, including taking vital signs and reporting changes in residents' conditions
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow care plans and accurately document provided care
  • Empathy, patience, and dedication to providing compassionate care
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required
  • Experience working in a nursing or rehabilitation facility is advantageous
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and assisting residents
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment in compliance with healthcare regulations
