** The Job You Will Perform:
*** Uphold CCMH’s Core Values of:

* Apply knowledge of growth and development in patient and family interactions to care for patients
* Measure vital signs on each patient upon presentation to clinic.
* Administer medications as ordered by providers while maintaining the 5 Rights.
* Document accurately in the patient’s electronic medical record.
* Reconcile patient medication lists.
* Contact patients regarding important messages about medications, test results, and other general medical information.
* Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA requirements.
* Other duties as assigned within scope of practice.
** The Qualifications, Skills and/or Knowledge You Bring:
*** Qualified candidates should be a graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant Program
* Current licensure in the State of Kentucky or certificate in medical assisting
* CPR Certification required
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-faced environment
