Overview

Focus Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) for a travel nursing job in Carroll, Iowa.

We currently have a client in Carroll, IA looking for a Travel LTC RN - Long Term Care Registered Nurse. Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Long Term Care (LTC) RN to care for patients who require care for an extended period of time.

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring and recording vital signs and administering medications
• Perform therapeutic treatments such as massage and range of motion exercises
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during patient examinations
• Perform IV therapy, enteral tube feedings, wound care, and respiratory therapy
• Provide emotional support and education for patients and family
• Other responsibilities as needed

• AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
• BSN from an accredited nursing program, and proper licensure
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
• At least 2 years of work experience
