Job DescriptionChampion Ford Carroll is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our sales team. This role focuses on helping customers find the right vehicle, guiding them through the buying process, and building relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values honesty, and wants to build a long term career in automotive sales. Prior sales experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Pay- $45,000 - $90,000 per year based on previous experience and qualifications.

- Five day workweek
- Saturdays as needed
- In person position
- Ability to commute to Carroll, IA required
- Greet customers and assist them throughout the vehicle buying process
- Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable new and pre owned vehicles
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
- Provide clear pricing, financing options, and product information
- Follow up with prospects and customers to build long term relationships
- Maintain accurate records in the dealership CRM system
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Deliver vehicles and ensure a positive customer delivery experience
- Stay current on inventory, incentives, and Ford product knowledge
- Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer focused and professional attitude
- Comfortable working in a goal driven environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
