We are looking for a Route Sales Professional to work at one of the largest baking companies in the world. The role involves ensuring product availability and freshness on store shelves, driving sales, managing new account opportunities, and maintaining accurate route documents.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandise, stock, and ensure the proper rotation of products on store shelves and displays to guarantee best quality and freshness.
- Drive sales by securing new display space, setting up incremental displays, and using sales data to inform store-level strategies.
- Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships while ensuring the execution of promotions.
- Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts and pursue new customers.
- Conduct daily route settlement procedures to account for all products, invoices, and cash while maintaining proper inventory counts.
- Safely drive the company route truck and complete DOT (U.S. Department of Transportation) daily logs.
- Submit other required documentation, paperwork, and deposits on time.
- $305 weekly base pay plus commission, with an annual average earnings estimate of $60,000–$70,000.
- 1st Shift (4am–1pm) with Wednesday and Sunday off.

- Minimum age 21 years.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
- Successful receipt of a chauffeur license if the job location is in IN, MI, or TN.
- Physical ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform frequent reaching with fingers.
- 1–3 years of related experience in Direct Sales Distribution (DSD) preferred.
- Ability to read and speak English fluently enough to converse with the general public, understand highway signs and signals, and complete official reports.
