Food and food service delivery Drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only ensure products arrive at their destination on time and in good condition, but they are also the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers. As a Driver, Helper, you will assist the Driver in every aspect of the product delivery to our customers.
The Driver, Helper rides with and assists Drivers in the tractor trailer, tandem trailer and/or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading various products in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). You will communicate and interact with customers, vendors and co‑workers professionally, ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
You will function as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
- Assist the Driver in the safe and accurate delivery of products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Load and unload truck and/or company vehicles.
- Place products in areas identified by customers.
- Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications- Must be 16 years of age.
- Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times.
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout the shift.
- Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
- 1+ years in warehouse environment and interfacing with customers within the food service industry.
