Accounting Generalist

Summary

We are looking for an Accounting Generalist to provide general accounting services and support for the Accounting Department, as well as our customers and vendors in servicing their accounts, solving problems with payments, investigate complaints, verify accuracy of charges, or to correct errors in accounts. This position may entail journal entries, cash reconciliations, account reconciliations, AP/AR, and related duties in the accounting department.

This position works in a standard office environment containing furniture and equipment needed to conduct common business activities. These items include desks, chairs, cubicle walls, phone systems and cords, fax machines, copiers, conference room tables, computer systems and file cabinets.

Must be proficient in EXCEL, WORD, and PowerPoint. 2 to 3 years’ experience in MRP/ERP system software or knowledge of Netsuite a strong plus.
