Perform detailed cosmetic inspections to identify repairs and enhancements needed for vehicles;
Repair and replace small parts to ensure vehicles are fully functional;
Conduct paint retouching, waxing, buffing, and post-paint finishing to meet standards;
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deliver customer-ready vehicles;
Follow Car Max Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and maintain a clean work area
