You will be the engine behind our inclusion efforts, moving seamlessly from high-level stakeholder partnership to the essential "boots-on-the-ground" logistics. You’ll manage the data, vendors, and schedules that keep our initiatives running smoothly, while also planning and executing seamless events—from workshops to global virtual engagements. Whether you are analyzing participation metrics to find opportunities for improvement or serving as a trusted point of contact for team members, your work will directly shape the daily experience of our workforce.

Responsibilities

This role supports the execution of the organization’s inclusion strategy by coordinating programs across sites and business units to ensure consistent alignment with company values and a culture of belonging. You will lead essential operational functions, including data management, scheduling, and vendor coordination, with a high level of precision and follow-through to enable efficient delivery of team priorities. By partnering proactively with stakeholders at all levels, you will gather insights and facilitate clear communication to support informed decision-making and strategic execution.

Additionally, you will plan and drive inclusion-focused events and workshops, delivering seamless logistics and outstanding participant experiences. The position requires building relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring compliance with company policies to reduce operational risk, and serving as a reliable, customer-focused point of contact for team members. To ensure continuous improvement, you will analyze feedback and participation data to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of initiatives.

Ultimately, you will demonstrate personal accountability and a results-oriented approach, taking ownership of tasks and anticipating needs to ensure all deliverables are met with excellence.
