Overview

At Gallagher, we’re all about building relationships and making a difference. As a Client Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to help clients protect what matters most. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring they get the best solutions for their needs. This is your chance to join a team that values collaboration, innovation, and integrity.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage day-to-day account activities and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the right solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and coverage.
  • Support Account Executives and Broker Producers as needed.
About You Required
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience

OR

  • High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
  • License required.
  • Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
Preferred
  • Experience in account management, risk management, or a related field.
Behaviors

  • Able to quickly determine critical issues.
  • A knack for building relationships and understanding client needs.
  • The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and finding opportunities.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
