Job Summary

Key responsibilities of this position are as follows:

  • 50% – Assisting the BOS with filing, scanning, organizing and completing financial and non‑financial related transactions.
  • 20% – Organizing and assisting with team travel arrangements for all sports.
  • 25% – Interacting with campus partners to set up vendors and offering clerical support in regard to office needs.
  • 5% – Mandatory compliance training and any other professional development.
Required Qualifications
  • Be fully admitted to a graduate degree program at UWG (provisional admission is not eligible).
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Be enrolled full‑time in a UWG graduate program during the assistantship period.
  • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 in all previous and current graduate coursework and remain in good academic standing.
  • Meet eligibility requirements for employment in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business or Finance experience.
Proposed Salary
  • A monthly stipend of $1,000.00 per month.
  • A tuition waiver, reducing your graduate tuition to $25 per semester plus mandatory fees as long as you are employed in your assistantship.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to pick up and move boxes 20 pounds or less.
