Job SummaryKey responsibilities of this position are as follows:
- 50% – Assisting the BOS with filing, scanning, organizing and completing financial and non‑financial related transactions.
- 20% – Organizing and assisting with team travel arrangements for all sports.
- 25% – Interacting with campus partners to set up vendors and offering clerical support in regard to office needs.
- 5% – Mandatory compliance training and any other professional development.
- Be fully admitted to a graduate degree program at UWG (provisional admission is not eligible).
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Be enrolled full‑time in a UWG graduate program during the assistantship period.
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 in all previous and current graduate coursework and remain in good academic standing.
- Meet eligibility requirements for employment in the United States.
- Business or Finance experience.
- A monthly stipend of $1,000.00 per month.
- A tuition waiver, reducing your graduate tuition to $25 per semester plus mandatory fees as long as you are employed in your assistantship.
