Job Title
The University of West Georgia invites applicants for three acting courses offered in Fall 2024:
Voice and Movement II, Acting for the Camera, and Period Scene Study.
The courses will be taught on our Carrollton campus (Monday / Wednesday schedule). The fall semester begins August 14 and ends December 13. Qualified candidates will have experience in both screen and stage acting, and they will demonstrate the ability to successfully teach undergraduate Theatre courses. We are particularly interested in candidates who are able to teach all three courses listed above.
Required QualificationsMaster of Arts in Theatre (with a concentration in acting or related field) Previous teaching experience
Preferred QualificationsMaster of Fine Arts or Doctorate in Theatre (with a concentration in acting or related field) College level teaching experience
