Part-Time Faculty Position

Seeking part-time faculty colleagues to teach History-based university core classes, and limited other discipline related as part of our annual course offerings. Course offerings for part-time colleagues are as needed; however, we typically have courses/sections opportunities for part-time colleagues within each semester.

Teach History-based university core classes, and limited other discipline related courses as part of our annual course offerings.

Candidates must have completed a minimum of 18 hours of discipline specific courses work at the Master’s level. Candidates must provide references that outline support for teaching.

Preference to candidates who have completed a Master’s degree or terminal degree (MA or PhD) within a History program. Application materials and credentials should correlate with the specific areas of application. Preference to candidates who have documented experience in teaching history-based pedagogy.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
