Job Summary

The Industrial Engineer optimizes manufacturing processes, systems, and resources to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure high-quality production. This position focuses on analyzing workflows, designing layouts, implementing continuous improvement methodologies, and integrating advanced technologies to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness. Industrial Engineers play a key role in driving operational excellence, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and supporting sustainable growth through data-driven decision-making and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze workflows, production processes, and systems to identify inefficiencies.
  • Develops strategies to improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and minimize costs.
  • Designs plant layouts for optimal material flow and space utilization while ensuring ergonomic and safety considerations.
  • Collects and interprets data on production rates, resource utilization, and quality metrics, using statistical tools and simulation models to predict outcomes and support decision-making.
  • Implements Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize the use of labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate digital tools such as MES and ERP systems.
  • Provides technical guidance and training to hourly team members and other colleagues on process changes or best practices.
