Compliance Consultant
Location:
Carrollton, Ga 30116
Duration: 6 months contract
Shift: Standard
Payrate: $34.00 hourly.
Job Description
- The successful candidate will maintain in depth knowledge of current environmental laws and regulations as they apply to the plant and assist in compliance with permits and regulations.
- They will interface with corporate personnel to assure program, and projects are properly executed.
- They will recognize safety and environmental compliance issues that require attention and proactively address them.
- They will lead by example in compliance and safety.
- They will be responsible for environmental and CCR programs as assigned, self-assessments, program audits, and backing up compliance specialists.
- This position may support regional duties at Plant Yates as required.
