Plastic Process Engineer
Location: Carrollton, GA
Compensation: $70,000–$75,000

Key Responsibilities- Lead optimization and continuous improvement initiatives for plastic injection molding processes
- Specify and support equipment selection for new injection molding processes and programs
- Utilize Process Flow diagrams, PFMEA, and Control Plans to drive process improvements and ensure robust manufacturing operations
- Collaborate closely with New Product Development teams to support successful product launches
- Improve machine cycle times to enhance efficiency, quality, and throughput
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering strongly preferred
- Proven experience with plastic injection molding processes
- Strong background in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
