Lightera is seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing processes at the Carrollton Cable facility. The role focuses on troubleshooting issues, designing new products, and improving processes through trials and guidelines.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering disciplines or Physics, with less than one year of experience preferred. Knowledge in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma is advantageous.
