Lead Solutions Engineer

We are hiring a Lead Solutions Engineer to support growth across Data Centers, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Microgrids, Industrial, OEM, and Utility markets
. This is a customer-facing technical role that partners with sales, engineering, product management, contractors, utilities, and end users to develop and deliver scalable electrical solutions.

• Act as the technical expert for customers, sales teams, distributors, contractors, EPCs, engineers, and project owners
• Translate customer requirements into engineered solutions using client products and services
• Support specification development and product adoption in strategic markets
• Lead technical discussions, presentations, and solution reviews with customers and internal teams
• Interpret electrical/mechanical drawings, system designs, and installation requirements
• Provide troubleshooting support and technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Sales to improve solutions and customer outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• 8+ years of experience in electrical systems, power systems, utility infrastructure, manufacturing, or wire & cable applications
• Background in Solutions Engineering, Application Engineering, Product Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting
• Strong understanding of electrical power systems and applications
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with Data Centers, ESS, Microgrids, Utility Infrastructure, or Industrial/OEM markets
• Knowledge of NEC, IEEE, UL, NEMA, ASTM, CSA, ICEA
• Master’s degree or 12+ years of relevant experience preferred
