Manage environmental management, safety/industrial hygiene, and medical equipment programs;
Plan and supervise design and construction projects and preventive maintenance activities;
Administer the Energy Conservation Program (including GEMS) and budgeting/financial management for Facility Operations;
Supervise Engineering Service personnel and coordinate with the Chief Engineer and Facility Site Manager
