IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst

How will you power what’s possible?
Manages internal projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements. Coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, and subcontract management while developing tactical and operational plans to drive project success. Assesses performance, allocates resources, and advises with managers to recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or other necessary optimizations.
Key Responsibilities- Acts as a specialist in IT project management, overseeing large-scale projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies.
- Coordinates externally with stakeholders and third‑party vendors, establishing clear communication channels and expectations for project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develops strategy for managing IT projects, including resource planning, risk management, and budget controls, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and within budget constraints.
- Designs and develops industry‑leading project management methodologies, leveraging best practices to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Implements systems to manage and track project performance, ensuring that any deviations from the plan are addressed quickly and corrective actions are taken.
- Provides guidance to cross‑functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge‑sharing to meet project objectives.
- Develops actionable insights by analyzing project data, identifying potential risks, and proposing improvements to optimize project delivery and outcomes.
- Coaches less experienced staff, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the IT project management team, while ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Advises management on the status of ongoing IT projects, offering insights and recommendations to address challenges and enhance project success.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
Specialized Degree:
Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required
Licenses/Certificates: PMP (Project Management Professional)
