Systems Analyst, IT Consultant
Job Summary
Manages and streamlines People & Culture (P&C) operational processes, focusing on improving data accuracy, identifying opportunities for workflow improvements, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Integrates new technologies, ensures compliance with P&C policies and legal requirements, and supports P&C analytics and reporting efforts to drive informed decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities- Administers People & Culture (P&C) systems across core modules, including Performance Management, Goals, Succession Planning, and Learning, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and process efficiency.
- Analyzes somewhat complex system-related issues, identifying trends, and recommending enhancements to optimize system performance.
- Configures P&C systems to support new initiatives, process changes, and ongoing updates, while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Documents system processes, configurations, and user guides, facilitating knowledge sharing and ensuring consistency in system usage.
- Coordinates somewhat complex troubleshooting efforts with internal teams and external vendors to resolve system-related issues.
- Implements routine system updates, patches, and upgrades, collaborating with the IT team to minimize disruptions and maintain system stability.
- Evaluates existing P&C system capabilities, recommending improvements and new features that align with business goals and industry best practices.
- Communicates system-related changes and updates to stakeholders, providing training and support as needed to ensure smooth transitions.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and automate tasks within the P&C systems, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
