Senior Engineer, IT Infrastructure

Design, deploy, and maintain the systems that power our organization. Depending on your background, you may focus on server and cloud environments, wide-area and data center networking, or a blend of both. You will collaborate closely with security, Dev Ops, and application teams to ensure our infrastructure is resilient, scalable, and secure.

• Design, deploy, and manage physical, virtual, and cloud-based infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid environments.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Implement and maintain high-availability architectures, disaster recovery plans, and backup strategies.
• Automate provisioning, configuration management, and operational tasks using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Collaborate with security teams to enforce access controls, patch management, and compliance standards.
• Monitor system and network performance; proactively identify and resolve capacity and reliability issues.
• Document infrastructure, architecture, runbooks, and change management processes.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation and support incident response efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5‑7 years of experience.
