Our campus is located at 1601 Maple Street, Carrollton, GA 30118. Faculty and staff members are expected to be physically present on campus as needed to support the in‑person educational experience and on‑campus vitality at the University of West Georgia. Depending upon teaching assignments and student demand, this could include the Carrollton or Newnan campuses.

The Associate Vice President (AVP) provides strategic and operational leadership for UWG’s facilities and campus development functions, directing planning, design, construction, maintenance, grounds, custodial services, utilities/energy systems, sustainability, fleet management, and space planning across the UWG campus. UWG encompasses approximately 635 acres and 2.6 million square feet, including the instructional off‑site orting to the Vice President for Business and Finance and leading department‑level managers, the AVP oversees a workforce of more than 200 employees and partners closely with the University System of Georgia (USG) Office of Real Estate and Facilities to advance capital planning, maintenance and operations in support of the University’s mission and the functions previously mentioned.
