Assistant Director of Housing Administration

The Assistant Director is responsible for most aspects related to the Housing Management Software System Star Rez and will work in conjunction with Housing Facilities to manage the Room Condition Report workflow process. The Assistant Director is responsible for developing and implementing new strategies and technologies to create efficiencies and improve workflow across all levels of Housing and Residence Life. This position is also responsible for the management and communication of the service animal documentation and ADA accommodations process.

Serves in various departmental, divisional, and campus wide committees and work groups is expected as needed. This position calls for a positive, self-motivated, detail-oriented person with excellent interpersonal communication skills who is willing to work in a fast-paced environment that requires strong emphasis on providing superior customer service. This position will also serve in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.
