Liquid Bin Filler

Job Summary

Follows manufacturing instructions to produce finished goods safely, accurately, consistently and in a timely manner.

• Operate process control systems including PLCs, mass flow meters, pumps and scales.
• Fill, seal, label, stencil, palletize and wrap containers as prescribed in the associated batch ticket, pick ticket, or export order sheet.
• Maintain neat, thorough and correct completion of all batch related documentation.
• Maintain statistical process control (SPC) charts as directed.
• Provide accurate documentation of inventory movement.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
• Operate all types of forklifts and other related motorized vehicles safely and proficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and strictly adhere to all plant safety policies.
• Assist in training new employees, batch investigations, and other special projects.

Monday to Thursday (1pm EST – 11:30pm EST)

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Positive team‑oriented attitude.

• Work in a manufacturing environment; may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Exposed to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, trip and slip hazards; noise level is loud.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move drums up to 500 pounds with mechanical equipment.
• May be required to stand for long periods, walk great distances, work in small spaces, and work at high locations.
