Set up and operate flexographic printing and folder-gluer machines;
Review work orders and adjust machine settings for print quality, registration, ink, glue, and folding;
Monitor production, perform quality inspections, and troubleshoot equipment issues;
Complete routine maintenance, replace machine components, and maintain accurate production records;
Follow 5S housekeeping, safety procedures, and collaborate with the production team to meet daily goals
