Flexo Operator Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 52,000.00 / annually
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)

• Set up and operate flexographic printing and folder-gluer machines.
• Review work orders and adjust machine settings for print quality, registration, ink, glue, and folding.
• Monitor production, perform quality inspections, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Complete routine maintenance, replace machine components, and maintain accurate production records.
• Follow 5S housekeeping, safety procedures, and collaborate with the production team to meet daily goals

Flexo Operator

Qualifications:

• MUST have Flexo experience, this is non-negotiable per the client.
• Some sort of corrugated packaging experience.
• Machine: SNS 50" Flexo-Folder-Gluer, it is from the 1970's so an older machine
• Industrial manufacturing facility.
• Production equipment for corrugated packaging manufacturing.
• Inventory and warehouse operations.
• Shipping and logistics.
• Engineering and packaging design collaboration.
• Cross-functional interaction among accounting, purchasing, operations, production, quality, and plant leadership

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
