HIW

Weyerhaeuser seeks an HIW to support safe, efficient wood products manufacturing in our mill operations. In this role, you'll monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance and logistics to keep lines running smoothly. You'll champion safety and sustainability, support continuous improvement projects, and use data to drive decisions on quality and throughput. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help standardize processes, train operators, and ensure we meet customer needs while upholding Weyerhaeuser's values of integrity, innovation, and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily mill production performance and address issues impacting safety, quality, or throughput
• Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and production teams to meet schedule and customer requirements
• Support and reinforce safety standards, audits, and corrective actions
• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Assist with implementation of continuous improvement projects and standard work
• Maintain accurate reports, logs, and shift handoffs
• Train and support operators on procedures, safety, and quality expectations
• Collaborate with leadership to align operations with sustainability and environmental goals
