What You’ll Do
  • Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
  • Manage and support care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
  • Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary hospital teams
  • Support and participate in daily coverage of a 20-bed newborn nursery
  • Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
  • Contribute to patient-centered care from admission to discharge
  • Work in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art hospital environment
  • Support the hospital’s commitment to high-quality neonatal care within a community health system
What You Need
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license with Neonatal certification (preferred)
  • Experience in neonatal or neonatal ICU setting (preferred)
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Residency within the immediate local area (relocation may be required)
