- Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
- Manage and support care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
- Support care delivery in a busy 20-bed newborn nursery
- Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
- Support patient care from admission through stabilization and discharge
- Work in a state-of-the-art hospital environment designed for optimal neonatal care
- Contribute to a community-focused health system dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered care
Required:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification or relevant experience in neonatal care
- Prior experience in a Level III NICU or similar setting preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- 2+ years of neonatal or high-acuity infant care experience
- Ability to work flexible 16- and 24-hour shift schedules
