- Experience: Prior neonatal intensive care experience preferred

- Manage care for high-acuity newborns, involving intensive monitoring and treatment
- Support a 20-bed newborn nursery unit with daily NNP coverage
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
- Ensure continuity of care from admission to discharge
- Work in a newly renovated, modern hospital environment
- Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care serving a growing community
- Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification and license in Georgia
- Prior NICU or neonatal intensive care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Residency within the area or willingness to relocate
