Infinity Hospice Care LLC in Georgia is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary team delivering hospice and palliative care in patients' homes and facilities. The NP will coordinate with physicians, supervise IDG/IDT, provide clinical direction, and educate staff and families on disease progression and end-of-life care.
Experience in hospice or home health is preferred; must hold an active NP license and RN license in Georgia, with ability to travel locally as needed.
