- Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU, managing high-acuity newborns requiring intensive treatment and monitoring
- Support daily operations of a 10-bed NICU, collaborating closely with neonatologists
- Deliver comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and care planning for neonates
- Work within a busy 20-bed newborn nursery, ensuring smooth continuity of care from admission to discharge
- Participate in a structured schedule that supports work-life balance
- Assist in the stabilization and ongoing treatment of fragile newborns
- Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care in a state-of-the-art environment
Required:
- Valid Georgia Nurse Practitioner license
- Neonatal certification (preferred but not required)
- Experience in neonatal or pediatric nursing
- Previous experience working in a Level III NICU
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to community-focused healthcare
