- Manage and support care for high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
- Support daily patient care in a 20-bed nursery
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Lead care from admission through stabilization and discharge
- Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered neonatal services in a community-focused health system
Required:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification or relevant experience
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Residency within the local area (relocation may be required)
- Experience working in a Level III NICU or similar setting
