ResponsibilitiesThe Executive Chef leads all culinary operations, including a la carte dining, banquets, seasonal outlets, and club events. This role oversees kitchen leadership and staff while managing food quality, budgeting, inventory, labor controls, and production systems. A key focus in the first year will be strengthening team structure, implementing consistent training standards, and developing sous chefs to operate independently while maintaining strong financial performance.
